Traditional Cooking

Chief Brenda Gagne ( of the Missisquoi Abenaki Nation) and Holly LaFrance ( Missisquoi Abenaki Nation member and board member of Alnobaiwi ), taught Burlington School District how to make and cook Abenaki Traditional foods over a fire. We had Fry Bread, Berry salad, Corn Bread, and Three Sister's soup. We all had a great time!
